There are various foods that cause constipation, namely, dairy products, fried foods, red meat, frozen food, etc. These constipation-triggering foods are to be avoided. Like there are certain foods that trigger constipation, there are foods that aid a proper bowel movement and must be included in their diet for constipation relief.

  • Legumes
