Take a step forward with your right foot and flex your leg until the right thigh is parallel to the ground and the left knee is almost on the ground. Bring your right foot back to the initial position and stand straight again. Now step towards the right with your right foot and bend your leg in the same way before returning to the first position. Now you need to step back with your right foot and bend your legs such that your left thigh is parallel to the ground. Repeat with the left leg to complete one set. Do this exercise for 15 times.

Plié squat with alternating heel raise
Squats are a staple when it comes to cellulite exercises for thighs.A plie squat addresses the hamstrings, quads, and glutes. To begin, stand with your feet, three feet apart and toes pointed outwards. Bend your legs as much as possible till your thighs are parallel to the ground and raise yourself again to the starting position. This is one rep and should be repeated 15 times. Next, do another set of Plié squats while raising your right heel. Do one more set with your left heel raised.

Hip ridge
Exercise balls can be a great piece of equipment when it comes to cellulite exercises for thighs.Lie on your back with your calves on the exercise ball and knees bent at 90 degrees. If you do not have an exercise ball, fold your legs and keep your feet on the ground. Next, raise your hips to keep your chest, hips, and knees in a straight line. Hold this position for three seconds and get back to the start position. Like other cellulite exercises for thighs, repeat this 15 times.

Swiss all hip lift and hamstring curl
To start this type of cellulite exercises for thighs, lie down on your back with both legs extended and heels placed on the exercise ball. Lift your hips to put your feet and hips in line with your chest. Pull the ball towards you by bending your knees and then straighten your legs to push the ball away from you. Lower your hips to complete one set and repeat the set 15 times.

Boot trappers
Begin by standing with your feet slightly apart. Bend your body at the waist to touch your toes. While holding your toes, bend your knees till your thighs touch your calves. You may raise your heels if needed. Lift your hips as much as possible till you can comfortably hold your feet and then lower your hips to the floor again. Finish this rep by standing up straight. Repeat this exercise 15 times.

Straight-leg deadlift
Weights can be one of the very effective cellulite exercises for thighs. Stand with your feet a few inches distant with a weight in both hands and palms facing your body. Bend forward at the waist till your upper body is almost parallel to the ground without bending your knees. Get back to the start position and repeat this exercise 15 times.

Lying inner-leg lift
This type of exercise uses ankle weights to exercise the inner thighs. Lie down on your left side while resting your head on your arm. Bend your right leg and slowly place your foot in front of the left knee. You may place your right hand in front of your chest for support. Slowly lift your left leg as high as possible and hold in position for a few seconds before lowering the leg. Switch the other leg and repeat the exercise.

Along with these exercises, also pay attention to your diet and include plenty of fresh vegetables and lean proteins. Avoid saturated fats, alcohol, processed sugar and all forms of processed foods. Do try and lower your carbohydrate intake. Lifestyle changes such as switching between hot water and cold water while having a shower can also help.
